1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in any coaching program offered by Life Transformation International, LLC. (“Company,” “Coach,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

2. Coaching Relationship & Responsibilities


Life Transformation International, LLC. provides coaching services designed to support personal growth, relationship development, and goal achievement.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. While we provide guidance, tools, and support, all results depend on your personal effort, commitment, and decisions.

  • You accept full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.

  • Coaching services are not a substitute for professional advice. The Company is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, medical professional, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. You agree to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. No Guarantees


You acknowledge that results will vary. The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific outcomes.

4. Confidentiality

  • Coaching interactions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

  • The Company will not disclose your participation in coaching without your written consent, except where required by law (including but not limited to court orders or situations involving risk of harm or illegal activity).

  • You are free to share your own experience at your discretion.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

  • You are responsible for rescheduling and confirming appointments.

6. Communication Between Sessions

Reasonable email support may be available during business days for brief check-ins or clarification. This does not replace scheduled sessions, and response times are not guaranteed.

7. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

  • By purchasing services, you agree to pay all fees as presented at the time of purchase.

  • You may cancel within five (5) business days of purchase for a full refund only if services have not yet commenced.

  • Once services have begun, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed sessions or unused portions of a program.

8. Cancellation Policy


All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Cancellation will be effective on the date the written notice is received.

9. Program Structure

  • Coaching programs are sold as complete packages and may not be divided or partially completed for partial refunds.

  • Unused sessions are forfeited if participation is discontinued.

10. Suspension of Services


Programs may not be paused or suspended once they have begun unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.

11. Coaching Call Expenses

Any telephone or communication-related charges incurred during sessions are the responsibility of the Client.

12. Program Modifications


The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue programs as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated appropriately.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided are the intellectual property of Life Transformation International, LLC.

  • Materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

  • All content is for personal use only.

14. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in coaching services.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Mutual Termination


If either party determines the coaching relationship is no longer beneficial, either party may initiate a discussion to address concerns prior to termination.

16. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws.

17. Entire Agreement


These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Transformation International, LLC. and supersede all prior discussions or agreements related to the subject matter herein.
